Your order number is on your confirmation page and email, like ORD-2026-000123.
Returns and refunds
Because each item is printed especially for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days with photographs, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- Damaged, faulty, or wrong item? Find your order above, then use Report a problem to tell us what happened and add a photo.
- We review every report and reply by email. Where a refund is due, it goes back to your original payment method.
- Never arrived? Report it the same way and we will chase it or make it again.
