Privacy policy

This policy explains what we do with the information you give us when you shop here, and what we collect while you browse. It covers this shop only.

Who we are

This shop is run by Digital Fracture, First Floor, Unit 16 Fleets Industrial Park, Willis Way, Poole, Dorset, BH15 3SU.

If your question is about an order you have placed, use the customer portal. You will need your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

For anything else, including asking to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us at [your email address].

What we collect when you order

To take and deliver an order we need:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your delivery address
  • what you ordered, and what you paid

We keep this so we can send your order, answer questions about it, handle returns, and keep the business records we are required to keep.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and never reach this shop, so we never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us only whether the payment succeeded, along with the billing country needed for tax. Stripe has its own privacy policy covering what it does with your details.

Making and posting your order

Our products are printed to order. When you buy something, your name and delivery address are sent to our printing and fulfilment partner, Printful, so they can print your item and post it to you. They receive only what is needed to make and deliver the order.

Emails we send you

We email you about your order: confirmation, dispatch, and your invoice. These are not marketing emails and you cannot opt out of them, because they are part of the order itself. If you leave a review we may email you a link to it.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookie.

  • Essential cookies keep the shop working: they remember your basket and keep the checkout secure. The shop cannot work without them, so they are always on.
  • Analytics cookies are only used if you agree. You choose when the cookie panel first appears, and you can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie choices" link at the bottom of any page.

What our analytics record

If you agree to analytics, we record which pages are viewed, which site you arrived from, your rough location by country, your browser, device type and language, and a short code that lets us tell one visit from another.

That code is not your address and cannot be turned back into one. We do not store your IP address in our analytics, and we do not sell or share any of it. We use it only to understand which products and pages people look at.

Keeping the shop secure

Separately from analytics, repeated failed logins or repeated failed discount code attempts do record the address they came from, for up to 24 hours, so we can slow down automated attacks. It is deleted after that.

Reviews

If you leave a review, the name you give and what you write are shown publicly on the product page. Please do not include anything in a review that you would not want published.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Analytics records are kept in a form that is not linked to you personally. Security records are deleted within 24 hours.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address above and we will respond. You do not need to have placed an order to ask. We may need to keep order and payment records even after a deletion request, where the law requires it.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page.
