Terms and conditions
These terms cover orders placed on this shop. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
This shop is run by Digital Fracture, First Floor, Unit 16 Fleets Industrial Park, Willis Way, Poole, Dorset, BH15 3SU.
For a question about an order you have placed, use the customer portal. You will need your order number and the email address you used at checkout. For anything else, email us at [your email address].
Our products
Everything here is printed to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting: your item is made after you buy it, then posted to you. That is why delivery takes a little longer than it would from a warehouse, and it is why we make very little waste.
Product photographs are the best representation we can give, but printing on fabric and ceramic is not the same as a screen. Colours can vary slightly between batches, and between your screen and the finished item.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price you see on the product page is the price charged, plus any postage, which is shown before you pay.
[If you are not VAT registered, keep this line: we are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Otherwise replace it with your VAT position and your VAT number.]
Payment is taken by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and never reach this shop. Your order is confirmed once Stripe tells us the payment has succeeded.
We try hard to keep prices right. If we find that something has been listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before making the item, and you can confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
When your order is accepted
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you to confirm it. If we cannot accept it, for example because an item cannot be produced, we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, or where a discount code has been misused.
Discount codes
Discount codes may have a minimum spend, an expiry date, or a limit on how many times they can be used. Only one code can be used per order unless we say otherwise. A code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Delivery
We deliver to [the countries you ship to]. Postage is shown at checkout before you pay.
Because items are made to order, allow [your production time, for example 2 to 5 working days] for production, plus [your delivery time, for example 3 to 5 working days] for delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees.
You can follow your order at any time in the customer portal.
Risk passes to you when the item is delivered. If something arrives damaged, tell us within [your window, for example 14 days] and we will put it right.
Cancelling and returning
If you are in the UK or the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and a further 14 days to send it back. You do not need to give a reason. Downloads are treated differently, and are covered in their own section below.
To cancel, tell us through the customer portal or by email before the 14 days are up. We refund what you paid, including standard outward postage, within 14 days of getting the item back.
Return postage is paid by [you, or us: state which], except where the item is faulty or wrong, in which case we always pay it.
Items must come back in a re-saleable condition. You can inspect an item as you would in a shop, but if its value is reduced by handling beyond that, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
Downloads
Some items here are downloads rather than something we post. At checkout you are asked to tick two things separately: that you agree to these terms, and that you want your download available as soon as you have paid.
That second tick matters. Once a download has been made available to you, the 14-day cancellation right above no longer applies to it, and that is what you are agreeing to. We record the date and time you ticked it with your order.
This does not affect your rights if a download is faulty, will not open, or is not what was described. In that case tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us and we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage both ways. This is in addition to your cancellation right above, and nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Reviews
If you leave a review, the name you give and what you write are published on the product page. Keep it about the product. We may remove a review that is abusive, dishonest, or has nothing to do with the item.
Our designs
The designs, artwork, photographs and text on this shop belong to us. Buying an item gives you the item, not the right to reproduce the design, resell it, or use it commercially.
If something goes wrong
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, since this shop sells to consumers.
Nothing here limits our responsibility for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts.
